Integration

The vision for development of this system came from watching small businesses struggling to put the arms around day to day operation and grow at the same time. Of course you can use Quick books, excel or some other accounting package. But all of these packages do one thing well and totally lack the rest.
The capability of this system lays in the ability to combine all the aspects of trade business and tightly integrate it together. EX: When you sell back order in one module, it will tell you to order it in another. When you order items in one module, it will remind you to notify your customer to setup the delivery in another module.
Employees have their own tasks to do, which may have been started by some one else without them knowing about it. That is what integration does for you. A business has high or low turn around of employees and just because the employee left, the day to day operation should not suffer. The software is designed in such a way that every task is automated. Employee has to learn the system, and each employee will know exactly what must be done during the day. This way all parts of the system function independently and each employee does their own task, and as the result the whole business runs smoothly.

Presentation

Many software systems are designed with idea of user friendly or simple or look nice. All of these concepts are admirable. However the business by it’s nature is not friendly or simple or user friendly. The business takes strange directions during the day and requires appropriate actions, so the system must be designed to model the business accordingly. Our software does what business needs. Sometimes it is basic simple stuff, and sometimes some actions are complicated and require expertise.
To bridge this requirement and to produce optimum results in terms of speed and data integrity we have designed user interfaces(screens) in a particular fashion. Each screen is combined from several simpler screens and I do not mean by clicking tabs or buttons or popups, I mean one visual screen, where user may see at a glance all they need for that one operation. When you open a screen, you are able to complete the whole function without invoking any other screens or popups. This provides faster operation better information presentation and easier to work with.
