Description

Inventory Control module is supported by several screens and reports as well as integrated with other modules such as Point of Sale, Purchasing and others. This screen is used to view, select and sell items.

Navigation

This screen is designed for quick look as well as view the complete information for the item requested. It helps an expert to quickly get the information and it leads the novice along to be successful without asking questions. It uses step by step approach. EX: select brand and it will show types of items; select an item and it will show all warranties and accessories for that item, it will also display current models; select model and you will see the description, availability and other related information. If used by expert, then some of these steps may be skipped.

Usage

This screen is used by salesperson to make a sale or just view items in stock.
Salesperson may reserve several different items for the customer, offer installation warranties, accessories and then give customer complete total and when customer is satisfied, it will quickly generate the sales order.
If item is on order it will show that as well as the promised date, which makes salesperson's job easier. It also offers more customer related features.
