Schedule

Description

The schedule is strategically placed in various screens in the system to make it convenient to use. You do not have to go to schedule, it's where you need it and it is fully integrated with whatever function you using. The schedule supports full, partial and multiple orders.

Abbreviated Schedule

Abbreviated schedule is inserted into point of sale screen, stock transfer and purchase order. These are the places you may use scheduling. It shows truck/time schedule for the day. These slots may be changed or cancelled.
Sometimes customer wants to receive part of the order on one day and the rest on some other day. Our schedule handles that and it also shows when is the second part is scheduled for.
Since the stock must be transferred with your own trucks, you should be able to schedule that as well. Schedule prints different types of documents to indicate that.

Blocking

Blocking ability eliminates confusion. When a truck is not able to deliver, Schedule allows marking time slots as blocked and it visually indicating that. Whenever salesperson wants to schedule a delivery, the cells that are blocked will not accept the schedule.
As the company grows it becomes increasingly difficult to communicate with everybody. Therefore the automated system must handle this lack of communication and this is the prime example of how it is done.

Full Schedule
