Our system support is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Since your business may operate at any time, we must be able to support you at any time. Call us on our hotline and we will guide you with whatever the system needs you have. We are also able to access your system remotely via Terminal Server (MS product) or some other remote means and help you this way. We also can come to your office and help you in person if that is the only way possible to help you. Our support is inexpensive and invaluable.
The support also includes making system changes on customer request and supply new releases periodically at no additional cost.
